MD, STANBIC BANK
Kwamina was appointed to the Stanbic Bank Board in 2010. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer after serving as the Head of Corporate and Investment Banking for eleven years.
Kwamina began his professional career in 1997 at Cal Merchant Bank in Accra, where he was a member of the Corporate Finance and Private Equity team, responsible for development of financial models for analysis on acquisitions, mergers and divestitures. During 2001, he joined J. Kofi Bucknor and Associates, where he provided strategic and financial advisory services to multinational corporations, Governments and high net-worth clients.
He also had a stint with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Washington, DC; while pursuing his MBA at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
