Development of an entrepreneurial nation remains the fulcrum of the YouStart Programme. The
Government acknowledges the valuable contribution of other key stakeholders towards the
realisation of this noble national objective.
Specifically, the Government, through the Ministry of Finance, acknowledges the indispensable
role of financial institutions; and has expressed its profound gratitude to anchor banks for their
strong commitment towards successful implementation of the YouStart Commercial Programme.
To ensure effective and uninterrupted take-off of the YouStart Commercial Programme, the
Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs) formally communicated their individual commitment
to duration of the programme. This enabled Government to take the necessary steps towards roll-
out.
